Blog...What blog? Oh yeah...oops...sorry!

Four months...FOUR months! I can't believe that I have neglected my blog so badly! I may not have a whole lot to say, but that's just crazy...

So, what have I been doing the past four months?

Well, at work my department is in the process of relocating to a new space. Previously we were split up in three different office spaces, and by the end of August we will all be unified in one, very large suite in a brand new building. Still off campus, but at least it won't be a 20 minute walk to inter-departmental meetings anymore! Sure, I will be giving up being in close proximity to all the downtown restaurants, my Post Office and the Red Cross Donor center, but in the long run it should be a great step for our department. Besides, during the summer months, there is a fresh home-grown fruit and veggie mini-market at the far end of our parking lot...YUM! And, the location should cut about 7 miles and 18 minutes off my total daily commute. We'll see how it goes...

Of course, this reminds me that my break is over and I need to get back to packing up my office.
